We overhauled this two-story residential property in Marietta, Georgia, transforming a dated investment home into a modern living space. Our team performed extensive demolition, structural framing, and full interior updates across the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. We also converted the unfinished basement into a functional, finished living space with updated flooring and walls. We installed new hardwood and wood-look vinyl flooring throughout the home to create a cohesive flow between the open-concept rooms.
