We renovated a multi-level outdoor living space in Roswell by replacing an aging red-painted wooden deck with a modern composite structure and enclosing the lower patio area. Our team dismantled the existing weathered joists and flooring to prepare the frame for a durable low-maintenance upgrade. We also integrated a new screened-in porch beneath the main deck to create a functional insect-free lower level for the homeowners. We used gray wood-grain composite decking paired with white railings and black metal balusters to provide a clean contemporary aesthetic. The lower level was finished with off-white framing, kick plates, and high-quality screening to maximize the home’s usable square footage. These improvements transformed the backyard into a versatile space for relaxation and play while ensuring long-term weather resistance.
