We completed an exterior balcony renovation in Woodstock, replacing an existing wooden surface with modern composite decking. Our team installed a new grey-toned synthetic floor along with a durable black metal railing system for improved safety and aesthetics. We also integrated a white privacy screen to create a more secluded outdoor living space. The project utilized weather-resistant composite boards that provide a long-lasting, low-maintenance alternative to traditional wood. We ensured the perimeter was secure by mounting a sleek metal railing that maintains visibility of the surrounding landscape. This upgrade provides a functional area for outdoor dining and relaxation while enhancing the building's exterior profile.
