We performed an extensive exterior restoration on this two-story Marietta home to address significant wear and moisture damage. Our team removed failing siding and stucco sections to access and repair structural wood rot within the internal framing. We also reinforced the building envelope by installing new plywood sheathing and high-performance moisture barriers. To ensure a weather-tight finish, we integrated new horizontal lap siding with professional-grade metal step flashing and asphalt shingle repairs. The project included the installation of updated gutters and downspouts to optimize water runoff away from the foundation. The completed work provides a durable, refreshed exterior that protects the home's structural integrity for years to come.
