We replaced a failing wooden structure with a modern multi-level composite deck in Roswell. The project involved a complete overhaul of the existing footprint, including new framing and joist reinforcement to support the expanded layout. We installed grey composite decking for a weather-resistant finish, ensuring long-term durability with minimal maintenance requirements. Integrated L-shaped bench seating was built into the perimeter to maximize functional space for outdoor entertaining. The design also features tiered steps that provide a seamless transition from the sliding glass doors to the flagstone patio and pool area. These upgrades significantly improved the accessibility and utility of the backyard living space.
