We designed and constructed a permanent covered patio structure for this home in Ellenwood to create a comfortable outdoor living area. Our team framed and installed a custom shed roof over the existing concrete slab, providing essential shade and protection from the elements. The new structure features white-painted support pillars and matching trim that seamlessly integrate with the home's exterior aesthetic. We finished the installation with shingles to match the main roof and added a ceiling fan for improved climate control. This project successfully transformed the open backyard into a functional and inviting year-round space for relaxation and dining.
