We completed the full construction of an elevated composite deck for this home in Marietta. Our team built a structural frame using pressure-treated lumber, supported by secure vertical posts anchored into concrete footings. We carefully integrated the new deck with the home’s brick foundation and light blue exterior siding to ensure a seamless transition between the house and the new outdoor living space. For the decking surface, we installed durable brown composite planks featuring a distinct inlay border for a custom finish. To maximize the lifespan of the structure, we applied protective joist tape across the framing before the final boards were secured. The project was completed with a safety railing system using wooden posts and black metal balusters, creating a low-maintenance and functional backyard retreat.
