We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project in Douglasville, Georgia, featuring the construction of an elevated wooden deck and a custom covered porch. Our team installed a new structural frame supported by pressure-treated timber posts to create a spacious raised platform attached to the rear of the home. We also integrated a new roof structure over a portion of the deck to provide year-round shade and protection from the elements. The project included the installation of a wide staircase and railings fitted with modern black metal balusters for a clean, contemporary look. We utilized durable pressure-treated lumber and dark composite decking to ensure long-term performance and low maintenance. Additionally, we updated the front entryway with new stairs and stone veneer accents to enhance the home's overall curb appeal.
