We constructed a new multi-level outdoor living space in Acworth, featuring an elevated deck and a custom screened-in porch. Our team handled the entire structural process, from framing the support posts and joists to the installation of a new gabled roof that matches the existing home. We utilized high-quality composite decking and black metal balusters to create a low-maintenance, modern aesthetic. The project also included a new wooden staircase for direct backyard access and the integration of matching vinyl siding for a cohesive finish. This expansion provides a versatile area for both open-air lounging and protected outdoor dining.
