We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project in Marietta that involved constructing a custom elevated deck and an integrated screened-in porch. Our team built the structure using pressure-treated timber framing supported by secure concrete footings to ensure long-term stability. The new addition transforms the rear of the home into a multi-functional space for relaxation and entertaining. The deck features natural pressure-treated wood planks paired with a modern railing system using black metal balusters. Inside the screened-in porch, we installed a vaulted wood-paneled ceiling with recessed lighting and a central ceiling fan for year-round comfort. This project also included a new wooden staircase leading down to a concrete landing, providing seamless access to the backyard and lower-level patio.
