We completed a interior renovation focused on the fireplace focal point of this vaulted living room in Marietta. Our team constructed a new recessed arched niche and custom trim paneling above the existing stone fireplace to enhance the room's architectural scale. We carefully integrated the new woodwork with the existing white mantel and stone surround to create a more sophisticated design. To finish the project, we applied a dark blue accent color to the new paneling to provide a bold contrast against the neutral walls and dark ceiling beams. Throughout the installation, we maintained extensive floor protection for the hardwood surfaces and implemented precise masking for the paint application. The final result creates a structured and cohesive look that better complements the height of the space.
