We constructed a custom elevated deck at this multi-story residence in Marietta to replace existing outdoor space. Our team framed the structure using durable pressure-treated lumber and installed a new staircase that provides direct, safe access to the concrete patio and backyard. The design utilized light-toned pressure-treated decking planks to provide a clean foundation for the outdoor living area. We finished the installation with coordinating wooden railings and sleek, dark metal balusters for a stable and modern look. This project successfully integrated a functional relaxation space with the home's existing architecture, significantly improving backyard access and overall utility for the homeowners.
