We constructed a custom screened-in porch addition to expand the outdoor living space of this Cumming residence. Our team framed the new structure directly off the back of the home, ensuring a seamless transition with the existing siding. We utilized a sturdy wooden framework to create a spacious, protected environment for the homeowners. The finished project includes durable white screen frames, a matching screen door, and a polished concrete floor. We finished the interior with a white paneled ceiling and two black ceiling fans to provide airflow and comfort. This new space offers a functional, pest-free area to enjoy the outdoors year-round.
