We replaced an existing rear deck with a custom outdoor living space designed for both open-air and protected relaxation. Our team constructed a new pressure-treated wood deck foundation and integrated a custom gabled-roof screened-in porch directly into the home’s rear elevation. The interior of the porch features a vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceiling equipped with recessed lighting and a central ceiling fan for year-round comfort. We installed double French doors to create a seamless transition from the home to the new space and finished the exterior with horizontal siding that matches the original structure.
