We demolished an existing outdoor structure and replaced it with a custom elevated wooden deck and a fully screened-in porch. Our team managed the entire scope of work, including structural framing with LVL beams and the installation of new exterior stairs. This project significantly expanded the functional outdoor living space for this Smyrna residence. We used pressure-treated lumber for the decking and integrated a vertical slat privacy wall for added seclusion. The interior of the porch features a vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceiling equipped with recessed lighting and a central ceiling fan. The finished build provides a durable and comfortable transition between the home and the backyard.
