We transformed the rear exterior of this Smyrna home by installing a custom screened-in porch enclosure beneath an elevated deck. This project involved framing the lower level to create a protected outdoor living space while maintaining the functionality of the upper wooden deck area. The new structure features tan-painted finishes and horizontal siding that seamlessly match the home's existing siding and red brick foundation. We utilized durable screening and precision framing to provide a pest-free environment that integrates naturally with the original architecture and the ground-level concrete patio.
