We transformed a simple outdoor patio and pergola into a comprehensive screened-in porch addition for this Duluth residence. Our team installed a reinforced foundation and constructed a multi-story timber frame structure that integrates seamlessly with the existing brick exterior. Inside the new enclosure, we installed light-colored composite decking and a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling featuring recessed lighting and dual ceiling fans. The focal point of the space is a custom white-painted brick fireplace equipped with an integrated television and a solid wood mantel.
