We constructed a custom second-story screened-in porch for this townhouse in Woodstock. Our team built the structure using a heavy-duty wooden frame and metal support posts to create a durable elevated outdoor living area. We focused on seamlessly integrating the new enclosure with the existing home's architectural lines. The project involved installing dark-framed screens to provide protection from insects while maintaining airflow and visibility. We finished the exterior with tan horizontal siding that matched the home's original aesthetic and ensured a cohesive look. This completed renovation provides a functional, shaded balcony space that extends the home's usable square footage.
