We replaced an aging deck with a new elevated wooden structure at this residence in Atlanta. Our team dismantled the previous framework and installed a new pressure-treated frame anchored by secure concrete footings. We integrated the new deck construction seamlessly with the home's existing gray brick exterior. For the finished surface, we installed dark stained wood decking boards complemented by crisp white railings and modern black balusters. We also constructed a matching staircase that provides direct access from the upper level to the lower concrete patio and mulched yard. This project significantly expanded the functional outdoor living space while providing a durable, updated aesthetic.
