We built a custom two-story detached garage and secondary living suite from the foundation up. Our team handled everything from initial site preparation and concrete slab pouring to the complete structural framing and roofing. The finished building includes two vehicle bays on the ground floor and a private access exterior staircase leading to the upper level. To ensure year-round comfort and durability, we applied spray foam insulation and installed a comprehensive mechanical package featuring PEX plumbing and a mini-split HVAC system. The interior was finished with modern drywall, recessed lighting, and a full bathroom and wet bar area. We completed the exterior with a brick veneer and horizontal siding to create a seamless addition to the property.
