We constructed a new multi-level wooden deck and covered porch area for this residential property in Kennesaw. Our team replaced an aging, weathered structure with a custom-built pressure-treated deck featuring integrated stairs, lattice skirting, and a secure railing system. We also added a structural roof extension to create a sheltered outdoor living space directly accessible from the house. The covered section was finished with a white tongue-and-groove ceiling, recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Below the deck, we installed a concrete landing and a flagstone patio to improve the transition into the backyard and provide additional seating areas. This project transformed the outdoor space into a versatile environment for both dining and relaxation.
