We completed a full replacement and expansion of an elevated rear deck for this home in Kennesaw. Our team started by constructing a robust new frame using pressure-treated lumber, ensuring a stable foundation for the updated outdoor living space. We also excavated and poured a custom concrete landing at the base of the new staircase to provide a clean, durable transition to the backyard. For the surface, we installed wood-tone composite decking paired with a sleek black aluminum railing system to minimize maintenance and maximize the view of the surrounding forest. The project included the installation of a matching staircase and integrated overhead string lights to enhance usability during evening hours. The finished deck now provides a spacious area for dining and relaxation with direct access to the lower-level patio.
