We completed a full replacement of an aging wooden deck for a multi-story residence in Atlanta, Georgia. Our team removed the existing structure and installed a new elevated composite deck supported by sturdy wooden posts. We also poured a fresh concrete patio slab directly beneath the deck to maximize the usable outdoor living space. We utilized brown synthetic wood-look composite decking for the surface to ensure longevity and low maintenance. The project featured a white vinyl railing system paired with black metal balusters for a clean aesthetic that contrasts with the home’s exterior. This renovation provides a durable, multi-level outdoor area suitable for both elevated lounging and ground-level patio use.
