We replaced an existing wooden deck with a multi-level outdoor living space for this home in Roswell. We installed a spacious elevated composite deck featuring a screened-in porch area and integrated a new staircase for improved backyard access. Our team also constructed a covered ceiling system beneath the main structure to create a functional dry space for the lower patio. The build utilized durable composite decking material paired with white railings and thin black balusters for a clean look. We finished the lower-level patio with stone pavers and a ceiling fan to maximize comfort and usability in the outdoor seating area. This renovation significantly expanded the home's functional square footage while improving the overall aesthetics of the backyard.
