We designed and built a multi-functional outdoor living space featuring an elevated composite deck and a custom screened-in porch for this home in Duluth. Our team managed the entire process from the ground up, starting with pressure-treated framing and concrete pier footers to support the new structure. We integrated the addition seamlessly with the existing white horizontal siding to maintain the home's original aesthetic. For the surface, we installed durable grey composite decking paired with a black metal railing system for a clean, modern finish. The covered porch area features a white tongue-and-groove ceiling equipped with recessed lighting and a central ceiling fan for improved airflow. This finished project provides a protected environment for outdoor entertainment with views of the surrounding wooded lot.
