Elevated Composite Deck and Screened Porch Construction in Newnan

We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project in Newnan, focusing on an elevated deck and a custom screened-in porch. Our team installed a new gray composite decking system to upgrade the existing structure on this two-story brick residence. We also integrated a covered patio area beneath the deck supported by stone-accented columns and brick pillars. For the primary surfaces, we utilized durable gray composite boards paired with white railings and dark metal balusters. The screened porch section provides a protected outdoor space, while the new exterior staircase connects the upper level to the walk-out basement patio. This multi-level design creates distinct zones for relaxation and outdoor entertaining while overlooking the surrounding landscape.
