We replaced an existing deck with a new elevated outdoor living space for this home in Atlanta. The project involved constructing a new pressure-treated wood frame supported by concrete footings and diagonal bracing to ensure long-term structural stability. We installed multi-toned composite decking in brown and grey finishes, providing a durable and low-maintenance surface for the homeowners. The structure was finished with black metal railings and a matching staircase leading down to the existing brick paver walkway. This upgrade improved the overall functionality of the backyard while seamlessly integrating with the home's red brick and siding.
