We completed a full deck replacement for this home in Marietta, Georgia. Our team removed the existing aging wooden structure and constructed a new, elevated frame using pressure-treated lumber and reinforced concrete footings. We focused on creating a stable, long-lasting foundation that integrates naturally with the home's exterior. For the surfacing, we installed durable brown composite decking paired with a custom railing system featuring wooden posts and black metal balusters. The project included a new set of stairs leading to a concrete landing pad for improved backyard access. This upgrade provides a low-maintenance outdoor living space that significantly enhances the functional footprint of the property.
