We completed a comprehensive outdoor living transformation for this home in Powder Springs. Our team replaced an aging elevated deck with a new, multi-level structure that includes both open-air decking and a fully integrated screened-in porch. We also updated the home's exterior by installing new white horizontal siding and matching trim to create a cohesive look across the rear facade. The project featured pressure-treated wood decking, black metal railings, and a stained wood-paneled ceiling with integrated fans for year-round comfort. We installed a new staircase to provide convenient access to the pool area and used high-quality screened panels to protect the upper living space.
