We completed a comprehensive outdoor living transformation in Powder Springs, focusing on both the front entryway and the rear backyard space. Our team renovated the existing front porch and built a large, multi-level elevated deck system attached to the home. This project included framing new structural supports, installing custom staircases, and creating a cohesive look across all exterior wood surfaces. For the decking and railings, we utilized a combination of pressure-treated lumber and tan composite materials paired with modern black metal balusters. We also integrated a custom pergola for shade, a privacy fence around the deck perimeter, and a new timber retaining wall to enhance the landscape. The final result provided a durable, multi-functional space that significantly expanded the home's usable outdoor square footage.
