We completed a comprehensive renovation of an elevated deck for this home in Norcross. The project involved replacing the existing wooden structure above the garage area with a modern, reinforced design. We focused on upgrading the structural integrity while maintaining the original brick pillar supports. We installed new metal railings for a sleek, durable finish and added custom privacy screens to enhance the outdoor living space. The underside of the deck received a finished ceiling structure to create a clean, aesthetic look for the driveway area below. These upgrades significantly improved both the curb appeal and the long-term functionality of the home’s exterior.
