We replaced an aging wooden deck and pergola at this residence in Woodstock with a modern, elevated outdoor living space. Our team removed the existing structure and installed new pressure-treated lumber framing to ensure a stable and durable foundation. The project included a full staircase build-out leading from the upper level down to a newly prepared concrete landing. We used light grey composite decking paired with white railings and thin black metal balusters to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Underneath the structure, we installed a bed of gravel and fresh mulch to improve drainage and manage the backyard landscape. The finished deck provides a low-maintenance, functional area that significantly enhances the home's exterior accessibility and style.
