We replaced a weathered, discolored wooden deck with a modern, elevated multi-level structure in Duluth, Georgia. Our team removed the existing staircase and framing to install a new, secure foundation using pressure-treated support posts. We integrated the new deck seamlessly with the home’s existing vinyl siding to ensure a clean, professional finish. For the surface, we installed dark gray composite decking boards to provide a durable and low-maintenance outdoor living area. We added white railing posts paired with black metal balusters to create a high-contrast, contemporary aesthetic. The finished project includes a wide staircase leading down to a new concrete landing, offering improved access and functionality for the backyard.
