We constructed a new elevated wooden deck and integrated staircase for this brick residence in Hampton. The project involved building a secure outdoor living space that transitions from the main level down to the existing concrete patio. We used pressure-treated lumber for the framing and decking to ensure long-term durability against the elements. The railing system features black metal balusters and wide handrails, providing a clean contrast to the natural wood grain. This installation creates a functional multi-level outdoor area suitable for grilling and relaxation while providing clear access between the home and the yard.
