We completed a substantial deck extension and reconstruction for this home in Marietta. Our team built a large, multi-level elevated structure using pressure-treated lumber to provide an expansive outdoor living space for grilling and relaxation. The project involved installing new railings with vertical balusters and a wide staircase that connects the main deck to the backyard. The deck features diagonal board placement for added structural stability and a custom visual finish. We integrated a tall wooden privacy screen on one side to create a more secluded atmosphere for the upper lounge area. The stairs lead down to a newly installed concrete landing pad, ensuring a clean transition to the lawn and improved accessibility to the rest of the property.
