We replaced an existing elevated wooden deck on a multi-story townhome in Atlanta. Our team dismantled the old structure and installed a new frame and decking to ensure structural integrity. We used natural pressure-treated lumber for the framing, decking, and vertical balusters. The new installation provides a functional outdoor living space above the existing ground-level concrete patio. This project updated the home's rear exterior and improved the overall durability of the outdoor structure.
