We replaced an aging rear deck for this two-story home in Marietta, Georgia. The project involved removing the existing wooden structure and constructing a new, elevated pressure-treated wood deck that integrates seamlessly with the home's exterior. We also built a new main staircase and a secondary smaller set of stairs to provide convenient access from the side door. Our team dug and poured new concrete footings to ensure a stable foundation for the support posts. We utilized pressure-treated lumber for the framing, decking, and railings to provide long-term durability and resistance to the elements. The project was completed with a new poured concrete landing at the base of the stairs to create a functional transition to the backyard lawn.
