We constructed a custom elevated screened-in porch and an attached wooden deck for this residential property in Canton. The project involved framing a new gable roof structure, installing a staircase with black metal balusters, and creating a secure screen enclosure for the upper level. We used durable wooden lumber for the primary framing and integrated white support columns to complement the existing home's exterior. The addition features a new staircase leading down to a concrete landing, providing seamless access to the sloped backyard. This build provides a functional, pest-free outdoor living space designed for long-term durability and year-round usability.
