We transformed an existing open-air wooden deck into a fully functional screened-in porch in Mableton. Our team framed a new roof structure over the elevated platform and installed a comprehensive screen system to create a protected outdoor living space. We used pressure-treated lumber for the structural framing and integrated durable black metal railings for a modern aesthetic. The finished space features a finished ceiling with integrated electrical for fans, providing a comfortable, insect-free environment. This renovation maximizes the home's rear exterior by creating a versatile, multi-level outdoor area including a concrete patio below.
