Elevated Sunroom Addition Featuring Dark Gray Siding in Kennesaw

We completed a room addition for this residence in Kennesaw, expanding the living space with a custom sunroom. Our team managed the project from structural framing and weatherproofing to the final exterior and interior finishes. We elevated the new structure on piers to properly accommodate the sloped terrain of the backyard. For the exterior, we installed dark gray horizontal lap siding complemented by clean white trim and new white-framed windows. Inside, we integrated the new space using dark wood flooring and recessed ceiling lighting to create a seamless transition from the original home. The finished addition provides expansive views of the wooded lot while significantly increasing the home's functional square footage.
