We replaced a weathered, multi-story wooden deck at this red brick residence in Cumming. The project involved the complete removal of the existing structure and the installation of a new, durable deck system designed for long-term use. We utilized TimberTech composite decking paired with sleek black metal railings to provide a modern aesthetic and significantly reduce maintenance requirements. The new structure features pressure-treated lumber framing and updated stairs leading down to the existing concrete patio. This upgrade provides a clean, functional outdoor living space that integrates seamlessly with the home's exterior.
