We completed a comprehensive deck and porch project for this two-story residence. Our team constructed an elevated wooden deck system and integrated a matching covered concrete patio on the ground level. We also installed a custom railing system and a winding concrete walkway to improve accessibility around the property’s sloped terrain. We used treated wood for the structural framing and finished the railings with a durable gray coating to complement the home’s white siding. The project included the installation of new concrete stairs and a stone-bordered path to navigate the wooded hillside. These upgrades transformed the backyard into a multi-level outdoor living space with improved functional transitions between the upper and lower levels.
