We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Marietta, focusing on the construction of a new elevated deck and a covered porch area. Our team replaced the existing staircase and entryway with a custom-built pressure-treated lumber structure. We also updated the home's facade by removing the aged diagonal wood siding and installing new navy blue siding to modernize the exterior. The project involved framing a new covered landing featuring a light blue tongue-and-groove ceiling and installing new glass-paneled double French doors. We ensured structural durability by using pressure-treated planks for the decking and stairs, finished with a sturdy railing system. This transformation provided a functional outdoor living space and a refreshed, contemporary look for the residence.
