Elevated Wooden Deck and Staircase Construction in Cumming

We completed the construction of an elevated wooden deck for this residence in Cumming. Our team built a multi-level structure that extends from the second floor, significantly expanding the outdoor living space. We also installed a new staircase that connects the upper platform to the stone patio below, creating a seamless transition between the different levels of the home. For this project, we utilized pressure-treated lumber for the framing and decking to ensure lasting durability. We finished the perimeter with matching wood railings and black metal balusters to provide a modern aesthetic that complements the surrounding landscape. The final structure was secured with new concrete footings to provide a stable and permanent foundation.
