We completed an exterior refresh for this two-story rental property in Lithia Springs. Our team focused on painting the shutters, garage doors, and trim to revitalize the home’s curb appeal while protecting the exterior surfaces. We also addressed the elevated wooden deck and stairs, ensuring all structural members were prepped and coated for long-term durability. We used a vibrant red paint for the shutters and garage doors to contrast against the existing cream-colored vinyl siding. The rear deck was finished with a matching reddish-brown stain, providing a cohesive look across the entire exterior of the building. This project improved the property’s overall appearance and weather resistance, making it ready for new tenants.
