We completed a comprehensive exterior painting project for this two-story residential home in Duluth. Our team focused on refreshing the light-colored siding on the rear of the house and updating the trim, shutters, and front door. We utilized professional-grade extension ladders to safely access the upper-level siding and the tall brick chimney. To ensure a clean finish, we protected all windows and fixtures with plastic before applying paint to the siding and white trim. The project included a color update for the shutters and front door, choosing a deep blue that contrasts well with the existing red brick. This update provided the home with a renewed exterior while protecting the siding and wood elements from the elements.
