We completed an exterior refresh and structural repair project for this home in Smyrna. Our team repainted all exterior trim, including columns and window casings, and addressed wear on the elevated backyard deck. We replaced sections of weathered wood with new pressure-treated lumber to ensure a safe and stable outdoor surface. For the painting phase, we used a grey and cream color palette to highlight architectural columns and recessed decorative panels. We also applied new sealant around the window perimeters and filled gaps in the column molding before finishing. The combination of fresh paint and wood replacement restored the home’s appearance and protected the exterior against the elements.
