We completed a full basement conversion that transformed an unfinished utility area into a functional living space. The scope of work included framing the perimeter and interior walls, installing fiberglass batt insulation, and mounting new drywall throughout. We also integrated recessed lighting into the ceiling and installed white paneled doors to define separate rooms within the level. For the interior finishes, we laid wood-look plank flooring in the main living areas and applied a soft light blue paint scheme with contrasting white baseboards. The new full bathroom features marble-patterned porcelain tile on the floor and shower walls, accented by a horizontal glass mosaic strip. A white vanity with a light-colored countertop and brushed nickel hardware completes the modern update. This renovation significantly increased the usable square footage and utility of the home.
