Finished Basement with Custom Media Room and Bathroom in Duluth

We converted an unfinished basement in Duluth into a fully functional living suite. This comprehensive project involved framing interior walls, installing insulation, and building a recessed tray ceiling to add architectural interest to the space. We transformed the raw concrete and exposed studs into a cohesive environment featuring a media room, a dedicated play area, and a full bathroom. For the finishes, we installed gray wall-to-wall carpeting in the main living areas and dark gray large-format tiles in the new bathroom. The walk-in shower features a decorative glass and stone mosaic accent strip and a matching square mosaic floor. We completed the renovation with recessed lighting and a fresh coat of light gray paint to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
