We completed a custom front entry portico installation for this residence, transforming the home's exterior with a more elegant and functional entrance. Our team began by installing a new structural support system with engineered wood posts and framing before constructing a durable gabled roof that seamlessly integrates with the existing brick façade. We finished the structure with clean white trim, decorative square columns, and an arched ceiling detail that enhances the architectural character of the home. The project also included new black metal handrails along the front steps, providing improved safety while complementing the updated design. This renovation significantly enhanced the home's curb appeal, creating a welcoming, weather-protected entrance with a timeless, refined appearance.
